#OPPOShadowSkills CAMPAIGN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

#OPPOShadowSkills (the “Campaign”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering the Campaign, you (the “Participant”) are agreeing to by bound by them:

Promoter

1. The promoter of the campaign is OROPE Germany GmbH, Graf-Adolf-Platz 15, 40213 Düsseldorf (“OPPO”). (“we”, “us” or “our”).

The Campaign

2. The Campaign is #OPPOShadowSkills (the “Campaign”).

3. Campaign Period: The Campaign will commence on September 20th 2022 and shall close at 11:59 PM CET October 24th 2022 (the “Campaign Period”).

Eligibility

4. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of Australia, Belgium, France,Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, or United Kingdom (individually “Campaign Country”), who is residing in the Campaign Country during the Campaign Period (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).

5. Employees of OTECH ITALIA SRL, their relatives and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this Campaign are excluded from participation.

How to participate in this Campaign
6. Process:

Stage 1: During September 20th 2022 to October 16th 2022. @OPPOEurope Twitter @OPPOEurope Twitter (https://twitter.com/OPPOEurope), @OPPOItalia Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/oppoitalia/) and @OPPOitalia Tiktok (https://www.tiktok.com/@oppoitalia) will release 1 football trickshot video per week. Participants can:

1) Upload an original video shot by you on your TikTok or Instagram account that replicates the trick as shown on @OPPOEurope Twitter (https://twitter.com/OPPOEurope), @OPPOItalia Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/oppoitalia/) and @OPPOitalia Tiktok (https://www.tiktok.com/@oppoitalia) (“Campaign Post”);

2) Use the hashtag #OPPOShadowSkills

3) Follow @OPPOItalia Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/oppoitalia/) and @OPPOitalia Tiktok (https://www.tiktok.com/@oppoitalia)

4) Participation is free of charge and not subject to a purchase.

Stage 2: During October 18th 2022 to October 24th 2022, Participants to:

1) Upload a video on your TikTok or Instagram account of any creative football trickshot videos(“Campaign Post”);

2) Use the hashtag #OPPOShadowSkills

3) Follow @OPPOItalia Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/oppoitalia/) and @OPPOitalia Tiktok (https://www.tiktok.com/@oppoitalia)

Note:
· You can upload several Campaign Posts a day to increase your chances of winning without limitation of maximum.
· Your social media handle must be set to public for your entry to be eligible.

Winner Selection and Prize

7. Five (5) winners will be selected from all the Participants whose Campaign Post exceeds 100 likes from the Campaign Countries by a panel of 2 professional football freestylers based on 2 criteria: creativity and football skills, of the Campaign Post (“Winner”). The decision of the panel of football freestylers (acting reasonably) will be final. Each winner will be eligible to receive one (1) OPPO Reno8 Pro smartphone.

8. Five (5) winners will be selected from all the Participants whose Campaign Post exceeds 50 likes from the Campaign Countries by a panel of 2 professional football freestylers based on 2 criteria: creativity and football skills, of the Campaign Post (“Winner”). The decision of the panel of football freestylers (acting reasonably) will be final. Each winner will be eligible to receive one (1) OPPO Reno8 smartphone.

9. Forty (40) winners will be selected from all the Participants from the Campaign Countries by a panel of 2 professional football freestylers based on 2 criteria: creativity and football skills, of the Campaign Post (“Winner”). The decision of the panel of football freestylers (acting reasonably) will be final. Each winner will be eligible to receive two (2) UEFA Champions League tickets.

10. The UEFA Champions Leagues tickets are limited to matches occurring between October 2022 to November 2022.

11. The fifty (50) Winners have the obligation to create social contents and share such social contents on their own social platforms (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), and allow us to repost and use such social contents on our social accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok). Further details and requirements will be agreed on with the Winners after Winner selection.

12. All prizes are non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the prizes might be a substitute of equal or greater value for the reward.

Claims

13. The Winners will be announced on @OPPOEurope Twitter (https://twitter.com/OPPOEurope) on October 28th 2022. At the same time, the Winners will receive a TikTok or Instagram Direct Messenger (“DM”) from us within 48 hours after the announcement.

14. Winners shall reply to the DM with the contact details for the purpose of shipping within 48 hours after the receipt of the DM. (a “Claim”).

Privacy and Data Protection

15. For the purpose of this campaign, we will process your username of the social media, your portrait and voice, and we will also process your name, email and/or address. . The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the process. The Participant hereby consents to their personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that they agree with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.oppo.com/it/privacy

Prohibited Content

17. Participants shall use good taste and judgment in creating and uploading their Campaign Posts. Each Participant shall warrant and be solely responsible for ensuring that his or her post:

a. does not infringe the intellectual rights and other rights of third parties;
b. is free from obscenity or content that may be seen as harassment, intimidation, or bullying;
c. complies with all applicable law;
d. is free from viruses or malware; and
e. is not otherwise inappropriate.

License

18. By uploading their Campaign Posts, each Participant grants us and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, communicate to the public, broadcast, perform, display, or otherwise use the Campaign Posts, in whole or in part, with or without modifications, on our social platform for the purpose related to this Campaign, for promotional and/or any other related purpose. The Participants may revoke such license if they decide to delete their Campaign Post after the Campaign.

19. The Winners grants us and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, communicate to the public, broadcast, perform, display, or otherwise use the social contents created for the trip to Iceland, in whole or in part, with or without modifications, on our social platform for the purpose related to this Campaign, for promotional and/or any other related purpose.

Miscellaneous

20. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

21. We are entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, use unfair means and/or try to manipulate the selection result. In addition, participation in the competition via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, we are entitled to withdraw the Prize, to reclaim the Prize that has already been handed out, or to demand compensation for the value.

22. We are entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure, Covid-19 restriction policy, and in the event that proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.

23. The Winners agree that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the Prizes is the sole responsibility of the Winners.
