4)Payment of the DKK 399 deposit allows you to participate in the early-bird event but does not itself form a product sale or pre-order contract, reserve stock or guarantee availability. You may cancel your participation at any time during the deposit stage. If the product becomes unavailable before you pay the remaining balance, we will promptly notify you and cancel your participation. In either case, we will refund your deposit in full via the original payment method within three business days of receiving your cancellation or notifying you of ours，and the bank will return the funds to your account within 1-14 days.

5) Please ensure the remaining balance is paid before 23:59:59 CET on 29 October 2026. Note: your shipping and billing address cannot be changed after submission.

2) The DKK 399 deposit paid during the deposit stage serves solely to reserve your opportunity to place an order at the final payment stage and is not part of the product price. If you choose to place an order in the final payment stage, the deposit will be credited towards the total payment. 

3) Please pay the remaining balance before October 29 23:59:59 CET. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order and all associated benefits. The deposit will be refunded to the original payment account within 5 business days，and the bank will return the funds to your account within 1-14 days.

4) The DKK 1,399 coupon for OPPO Find X10 \The DKK 1,899 coupon for OPPO Find X10 Pro Max could will be applied at the final payment stage.

5) Your shipping or billing address cannot be changed at the final payment stage.

6) Shipping methods cannot be changed at the final payment stage.

Customers may cancel their Blind Pre-order and receive a full refund of the Blind Pre-order Deposit at any time before payment of the remaining balance.

To ensure that the cancellation is processed before the final-payment stage begins, customers are requested to submit their cancellation request through OPPO’s designated Campaign cancellation channel no later than 23:59:59 CET on 29 October 2026.

If a cancellation request is submitted after this deadline but before the remaining balance has been paid, the customer should contact OPPO Customer Service for further assistance.

Once the remaining balance has been paid, any cancellation, return or refund request will be handled in accordance with OPPO’s Terms of Sale and applicable consumer protection laws, including the statutory right of withdrawal.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above deadline applies only to the Campaign cancellation process and does not limit or exclude any mandatory statutory rights available to the customer. Where a customer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal or any other mandatory legal remedy, OPPO will refund all amounts required by applicable law, including the Blind Pre-order Deposit.

4.Right of Withdrawal

Customers who wish to cancel their DKK 399 deposit and receive a refund must submit a valid refund request no later than 23:59:59 CET on 29 October 2026. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be accepted, and the campaign-specific refund entitlement will lapse, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable law.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. You may also exercise this right before receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify OPPO of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email sent to the contact details set out in our Terms of Sale. You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, although this is not obligatory.

Upon valid exercise of the right of withdrawal:

- OPPO will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs. Any supplementary costs resulting from your express choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by OPPO will not be reimbursed. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which OPPO is informed of your decision to withdraw.

- You must return the goods to OPPO without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify OPPO of your decision to withdraw.

- You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods to OPPO, including any applicable postage and packaging costs, unless OPPO has expressly agreed otherwise.

- The above return-cost provision applies to returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal and does not affect your statutory rights where the goods are defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or not as described.

- OPPO may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

- Any promotional gifts or benefits received must be returned together with the product. If a promotional gift is not returned, OPPO reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to deduct its disclosed retail value from the refund.

Invoices for the deposit and remaining balance will be issued separately.The deposit invoice can be issued once the deposit has been paid.The balance invoice will be issued only after you have paid the remaining balance in full and received your order. If you cancel or withdraw your order, whether before or after the product is dispatched, any associated benefits (including free gifts, coupons, and discounts) will be revoked or returned as applicable. If a free gift has been opened or used and, as a result, cannot be returned, its original retail price, as disclosed at the time of purchase, will be deducted from your refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent required by applicable law, any taxes (including personal income tax) or other charges relating to promotional benefits shall be borne by the participant. Winners remain responsible for any additional tax obligations arising from receipt of a prize or benefit and are advised to consult an independent tax adviser. Where the laws of any applicable jurisdiction within the European Union or the United Kingdom impose a withholding or reporting obligation on OPPO (e.g. in relation to promotional benefits exceeding a certain value threshold), OPPO will fulfil such obligations in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.

1) OPPO reserves the right to exclude customers who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false or fraudulent information, or attempt to manipulate the order process.

2) OPPO reserves the right to terminate or modify this Campaign early, in particular in cases of force majeure or technical or legal impossibility.

4) If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision approximating its intent.
