1.1. Participants must read the Rules before entering the competition and acknowledge that they have been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that they understand and accept these Rules.
1.2. The Competition is conducted by Boang technology group T/A, OPPO Registration Number 2020/162436/07 [OPPO South Africa].
1.3. Participation in the Competition constitutes unconditionally acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.
1.4. By participating in this Competition, Participants agree to the Rules set out below.
1.5. This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa. In
addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:
● Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees, or consultants of
● People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
● Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above.
● Any participant under the age of 18 shall present their parent / guardian’s written consent to enter the Competition at OPPO’s request.
2. How to enter.
2.1 The Competition will commence on 10 September 2021 at 12h00 and close on 3 October 2021 at 23h00.
2.2 In order to enter the Competition:
2.2.1 Entrants will be required to post a video of themselves on their (Twitter or Instagram page using the #IssaVibe, or on the OPPO South Africa Facebook Page) having a good time “a vibe.” Having a vibe could be in a form of dancing, skit or singing.
2.2.2 Entrants will be required to follow OPPO South Africa on the social media platform on which they’ll be entering, and use the following hashtags to qualify:
2.2.3 Winners will be notified at the end of the competition period and can enter as many times as they like.
2.2.4 Winners stand a chance to win the following when entered the competition correctly
1st prize – OPPO A16s
2nd Prize – OPPO A16s
2.2.5 The judges’ decision on any aspect of the Competition including the allocation of the prizes will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
2.2.6 – Entrants will be required to follow OPPO South African on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
2.3 Entrants must ensure their post is set to Public so that the content is viewable/accessible.
2.4 Posts that do not contain the #OPPOA16s and #Issavibe hashtags will not be considered.
2.5 Entry into the Competition is free.
2.6 All prizes are not transferable to cash.
2.7 If selected as a winner, entrants must send the requested contact details within two (3) days of being contacted by OPPO via direct message on social media or electronic means.

2.9 A winner cannot and will not be considered for any OPPO prize for 6 months.
2.10 The selected winners’ names and location may be displayed on social media and print material.
3.1 Neither OPPO nor any other person or party associated with the Competition, their associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors and any of its personnel involved in the competition, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the competition or from claiming the prize.
3.2 If OPPO is required by law to alter or cancel any aspect of the Competition or to terminate it because of changes in legislation, or for any reason whatsoever, it will have the right to terminate the Competition being offered, with immediate effect and without notice. In such event all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against OPPO and its associated companies, agents, contractors and/or sponsors.
3.3 All information relating to the Competition which is published on any marketing material and social media will form part of these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between such marketing material and the terms and conditions as set out herein, this document prevails.
