‘ColorOS Photo Contest: ‘Color of Cities’’ (the “Promotion”) is organized and promoted by ColorOS          (the “Promoter”) and is subject to the following conditions, by entering the Promotion, you          (the “Participant”) are agreeing to be bound by them: Be a registered member of          instagram.com

General Rules

· To be eligible for this contest, participants must answer the Promotion, and follow the instructions listed in the contest post [Link].

· The Participant should be a follower of the Promoter’s Instagram account.

· The answer should be a photo or video of any city scene(s) taken by the Participant, together with a sharing under the theme mentioned in the contest post.

· The answer should be published on Instagram with the hashtags #ColorOfCities and #MyColorOS.

· The Participant must tag at least 3 friends in the answer to be eligible.

· There is no restriction on what method the Participant uses to create the answer.

· There is no limit to the number of entries the Participants can submit, but each entry must be unique. Participants can only win a maximum of one prize for the contest.

· The contest is open for participation from April 15th, 2020. The Participant should submit the answer by April 30th, 2020 at 11:59PM UTC+08.

· The Promoter will choose three winners out of all the Participants after the submission period of the contest has ended.

· The winners of the contest will be announced on May 7th, 2020, respectively on ColorOS Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/colorosoppo/  ), Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/colorosglobal/), and Twitter page (https://twitter.com/colorosglobal).

· Each winner must provide his/her full name, email address and contact phone number via inbox message after being selected as the winners.

· The Promoter will contact the winners individually with full details upon receiving full contact details from the winners.

· Entry to this competition is free of charge and is open to all countries.

· The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any post it finds, in its sole discretion, to be against Instagram’s terms and conditions.

· Participants consent to their the intellectual property of entry being used by the Promoter without any additional fees and for marketing or other purposes.

· Entrants acknowledge that all content posted onto Instagram must comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions.

· In order to qualify, all entries must be original with rights owned by the entrants.

· The contest is not open to employees, officers and directors (and their families) of ColorOS and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies,          as well as its agents or related third parties who are connected with the administration of these promotions. Promotion entries will be void where prohibited or restricted.

· The Promoter may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting          to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or ColorOS’s representatives.

· Each entry must be your original, personal creation, and cannot have been previously submitted for entry, tweeted, published or submitted for publication.

· You warrant that your entry will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of any third party, such as the display of brand logos in any form,          and will not contain anything that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening.

· The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the competition that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected,          incorrect, incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.

· The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

· Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

· Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.

· All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

· Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer          the prize to the runner-up selected by the same judges.

· All prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or          withdraw this contest with reasonable notice. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation          of ‘ColorOS Photo Contest: Color of Cities’, or to be acting in violation of these Promotion terms.

· This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

· The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if:

1) The Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe the Participant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or

2) The information provided by the Participant is invalid, incorrect, inaccurate and/or insufficient.

3) The Participant’s Instagram profile is deemed to be fraudulent or violates Instagram’s Term of Use (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870)

· The Promoter reserves the right to change the competition at any time without previous notification; The Promoter’s decision is final.

Judging Criteria

· Each participant is only eligible to be chosen once as a winner.

· Three winners will be selected to receive the ‘Best City Ambassadors’ awards, which include ‘the champion’, ‘the first runner-up’, and ‘the second runner-up’.

· The winners will be selected by a panel of judges assigned by the Promoter.

· The winners will be selected based on numerous criteria such as humor, creativity, likes, comments, shares, etc. among all Participants who have submitted eligible answers.

· Only answers with the hashtags #ColorOfCities and #MyColorOS will be considered.

· Only participants who follow ColorOS on Instagram and tag at least 3 friends in the answer will be considered.

· Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

Prize

· Prize: the judges assigned by the Promoter will select 3 winners.

The winner who wins as ‘the champion’ will receive the prize of 1 OPPO Reno3 Pro mobile phone; the winner who wins as ‘the first runner-up’ will receive the prize of 1 OPPO Reno2 Z mobile phone;          and the winner who wins as ‘the second runner-up’ will receive the prize of 1 pair of OPPO Enco Free earphones.

· The winning entries will be made into wallpapers that will be available in OPPO Theme Store.

· All the winners will receive an electronic, congratulatory card for being the ‘Best City Ambassadors’.

· All the winners will receive the title of ‘ColorOS Creator Planet Honorable Citizen’.

· If the winner(s) fails to redeem his/her prize, this will be deemed as a waiver of prizes. ColorOS will not be held responsible for rescheduling, replacement, or other liabilities.

· The prizes as stated are not transferable to other individuals and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

· Each winner must provide information including his/her full name, email address and contact phone number upon redemption of the prize.

· The prizes are available to ‘ColorOS Photo Contest: Color of Cities’ promotion only.

Privacy and Personal Information

· Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of delivering prize to the winner. Other than announcing the winner’s name, the Promoter shall not sell,          share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Promoter to fulfil the above purposes.
