OPPO Officially Introduces first-ever 1-Hour Flash Fix for Faster, Convenient Customer Service Experience

JULY 2019 - PHILIPPINES - OPPO remains committed to its promise of providing excellent after-sales experience to its loyal and new customers in the Philippines and abroad: introducing the 1-Hour Flash Fix program that enables customers to get the quickest smartphone repair and consultation in less than an hour. The service is open to walk-ins or via online appointments in selected 3 OPPO Service Centers: SM North EDSA and SM Manila; while SM Marikina currently accepts walk-ins only.


1-Hour Flash Fix, hassle-free after-sales service 

The 1-Hour Flash Fix service is a fast fix service program with excellent repair quality that is uniquely offered by OPPO service centers in the Philippines. Special compensations await should it reach beyond the one hour service coverage; customers will instantly receive OPPO merchandise items through a computer-based freebie roulette game. The OPPO merchandise selections are OPPO signature umbrella, OPPO Pen, Micro USB Cable, OPPO Earphones, and VOOC Charge Power Bank. 


1-Hour Flash Fix is free of charge, unless your smartphone will require to change or remove some parts, then it will come at a cost. If the smartphone is still covered by the warranty, and not caused by negligence, it will be repaired and changed for free.

Xia also added that in the Philippines, OPPO has the most branches that offer customer service managed directly by OPPO, with no third party assistance involved, making the service accessible by everyone and hassle-free.
