Customer Service Assistant

Number of openings: 4 Location: Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Answer product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

  • Open customer accounts by recording account information.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Provide good customer service.


Requirements include:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any course.

  • Must have excellent communication skills.

  • Must be knowledgeable in handling customer complaints, can deal with different kind of people.

  • Willing to be work on shifting schedule.

  • Knowledge on troubleshooting android phones is an advantage.
