Account Manager

Number of openings: 1 Location: Pasig City

Responsibilities:

• Build a good harmony relationship with all mid account executive to increase number of concept store nationwide

• Manage to strengthen concept stores nationwide and meet corporate objectives.

• Oversee all sales staff on all concept stores nationwide

• Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train sales personnel

• Manage personnel and develops sales and sales support staff

• Perform sales activities on major concept stores and negotiates sales price and discounts in coordination with store OIC

• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue of all concept stores nationwide

• Train account executives in order to be capable to handle accounts and promoters

• Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts


Requirements include:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent

• At least 1year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City

• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
