To handle payroll administration and to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Prepare all HR letters such as appointment letter, confirmation letter, transfer letter and etc.
Administer staff attendance and leave records.
To update and maintain accurate personnel records and proper filing system.
To assist in managing staff discipline and grievance issues.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
Preferable can start work immediately.
