Payroll Assistant

Number of openings: 1 Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To handle payroll administration and to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

  • Prepare all HR letters such as appointment letter, confirmation letter, transfer letter and etc.

  • Administer staff attendance and leave records.

  • To update and maintain accurate personnel records and proper filing system.

  • To assist in managing staff discipline and grievance issues.


Requirements include:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.

  • Preferable can start work immediately.

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.
