“#ColorOfSummer2020 Instagram Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is organized and promoted by ColorOS (the “Promoter”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering the Promotion, you (the “Participant”) are agreeing to be bound by them:

How to enter

· To be eligible for this giveaway, Participants must answer the Promotion announced here: https://www.instagram.com/p/CCIkVAGAKZc/

· The Participant must be a registered member of Instagram, and should be a follower of the Promoter’s Instagram (@colorosoppo) account.

· A Participant’s entry must be in direct response to the Promotion topic of “Share your photos of what makes the perfect summer” Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/CCIkVAGAKZc/

· The Participant must submit their entry by posting their own generated photo content of what makes the perfect summer. They must use both hashtags #ColorOfSummer2020 and #MyColorOS. Prizes will be given for the categories stated in the ‘Judging Criteria’ section below.

· Each entry must be the Participant’s original, personal creation, and cannot have been previously submitted for entry, published, or submitted for publication.

· Participants must also tag 3 people they would like to spend the summer with in their entry.

· There is no limit to the number of entries the Participant can submit, but each entry must be unique. Each Participant can only win a maximum of one prize for the giveaway.

· Entry to this competition is free of charge and is open to all countries.

· The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the competition that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.

· The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

· Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

· Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.

· All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

Time period

· The giveaway is open for participation from July 2nd 2020, 17:00 (UTC+8) and the Participant should submit their entry by July 21st, 2020, 23:59 (UTC+8)

· The Promoter will choose up to seven winners out of all the Participants after the submission period of the giveaway has ended.

· The winners of the giveaway will be announced by July 24nd, 2020 23:59 (UTC +8) on Promoter’s Instagram (@colorosoppo) account.

· Winners must then provide their full legal name, email address, and contact phone number via private message to the Promotor within 7 calendar days by July 29th, 2020, 23:59 (UTC +8). If the winner fails to do so or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner selected by the Promotor.

· Upon receipt of the Winner’s full legal name, email address, and contact phone number via private message, the Promoter will reply with full details for prize redemption. Use of a false name or contact information will result in disqualification.

· If the winner(s) fails to redeem his/her prize, this will be deemed as a waiver of prizes. ColorOS will not be held responsible for rescheduling, replacement, or other liabilities.

Prizes

· Up to 7 prizes may be awarded for this Promotion. These prizes include:

Prize #2 Most Beautiful: 1 Mini Refrigerator

Prize #3 Excellence Awards: 5 Mysterious Summer Sets

· Promotor shall not be responsible for any winner’s failure to redeem their prize.

· These prizes as stated are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

· These prizes are available to this Promotion only.

Judging Criteria

· ColorOS representatives will form the judging panel for this Promotion.

· Prizes will be given for Most Creative, Most Beautiful and the 5 Excellence Awards.

· The decision of the judging panel is final based on the criteria set out in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

Others

· No purchase of any product is necessary to participate in this Promotion, and is open to all countries unless voided by relevant local laws.

· Participants acknowledge that all content posted onto Instagram must comply with Instagram’s own terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify or (where applicable) delete any post it finds to be in violation of Instagram Terms and Conditions.

· The Promoter may at its sole discretion prohibit a Participant from the Promotion or from winning a prize if it determines that said Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or is intending to abuse, threaten, or harass any other Participants or ColorOS’s representatives.

· Participants consent to their entry being used by the Promoter for research or marketing purposes. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.

· Participants warrant that their entry will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of any third party, such as the display of brand logos in any form, and will not contain anything that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening.

· The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the Promotion that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable for any reason whatsoever will not be valid and deemed void.

· The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

· All prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend, or withdraw this Promotion without previous notification. The Promotor’s decision is final.

· This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.· Participants consent to their intellectual property of entry being used by the Promoter without any additional fees and for marketing or other purposes.

Privacy and Personal Information Policy

· Personal information collected from each winner will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of delivering their prize. Other than announcing the winner’s name, the Promoter will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of winners with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Promoter to fulfill the above purposes.
