TRAINER

Number of openings: 1 Location: Badulla/Batticaloa/Trincomalee

Responsibilities:

  • Providing training for the sales staff of the company in order to develop their sales abilities

  • Improving the knowledge of the sales staff with updated information related to the smartphone industry

  • Identifying and developing the sales staff who show low sales performance

  • Conducting routine tests and knowledge checkups for the sales staff

Requirements include:

  • Good command in Tamil, Sinhala and English is a must

  • Bachelor’s degree or any other equivalent degree from a recognized university/institution or Professional qualification related to personnel development from a recognized institution will be given priority

  • Hands on experience and updated knowledge related to team building, training and personnel development in the smartphone industry will be an added advantage

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office package

  • Ability to travel and work at outstations conveniently

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

  • Male, age below 30 years
