The Key Accounts Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing key account customers while maintaining a long term relationship with them and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new businesses.
Acting as point of contact between the Company and Key Accounts Customers, while coordinating their purchasing, marketing, advertising and selling processes.
Regulating the whole process of Key Accounts sales from placement of orders up to end-customer sell out.
Monitoring and maintaining the regular Key Accounts Activities such as preparation of Purchase Orders, Pro-forma Invoices and LC documents in a timely manner.
Following up the payments due from the Key Accounts customers.
Analyzing and reporting Key Accounts activity to Manager and other team members.
Bachelor’s degree or any other equivalent degree preferably related to Marketing/Sales Management from a recognized university/institution
Having at least one (01) year of experience in a related field/designation will be an added advantage
Good command in written and spoken English is a must
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Proven ability to multi-task under fast-paced, sometimes high-stressed environment
Ability to work with minimum supervision and independently prioritize work without missing critical deadlines, often willing to work overtime
Male, Age below 30 years
Salary: Rs. 30,000.00 plus an attractive performance allowance
