POST OF SALES COORDINATOR (Male)

The Key Accounts Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing key account customers while maintaining a long term relationship with them and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new businesses.

  • Acting as point of contact between the Company and Key Accounts Customers, while coordinating their purchasing, marketing, advertising and selling processes.

  • Regulating the whole process of Key Accounts sales from placement of orders up to end-customer sell out.

  • Monitoring and maintaining the regular Key Accounts Activities such as preparation of Purchase Orders, Pro-forma Invoices and LC documents in a timely manner.

  • Following up the payments due from the Key Accounts customers.

  • Analyzing and reporting Key Accounts activity to Manager and other team members.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or any other equivalent degree preferably related to Marketing/Sales Management from a recognized university/institution

  • Having at least one (01) year of experience in a related field/designation will be an added advantage

  • Good command in written and spoken English is a must

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office

  • Proven ability to multi-task under fast-paced, sometimes high-stressed environment

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and independently prioritize work without missing critical deadlines, often willing to work overtime

  • Male, Age below 30 years
