Thursday, June 20th, 2019, Nairobi - OPPO participated in a recent press conference held by the CAF to announce the official sponsors of Total Africa Cup of Nations, Egypt 2019. OPPO’s participation came as the official regional sponsor of the championship, highlighting OPPO’s role in supporting football in Kenya and Africa.
Muthoni Wachira, PR & Communications Manager of OPPO Kenya, expressed her happiness saying, “We are proud to sponsor one of the most highly-respected championship that will take place in Africa for the first time in the past 13 years and Harambee Stars qualify for AFCON after a 14-year absence. She said the qualification for the continental tournament for the first time in 14 years, is an exciting achievement for Kenya’s football. He promised the team that OPPO will offer maximum support.
