OPPO WEDNESDAY PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) below:

 

The Promoter

The Promoter is OPPO Store (the “Promoter”).

  1. Promotion Period: The OPPO Wednesday Promotion includes two activities, one is Flash Sale and another is Mystery Box, will commence at 10am and 10pm (WIB) in every Wednesday from February 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. The OPPO Wednesday Promotion shall be applicable in the territory of Indonesia, where OPPO Store supports online sales.

 

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of Indonesia with OPPO account (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).
  2. Offer only applies to products sold by OPPO Store.
  3. OPPO Store reserves the right to modify, clarify or cancel the offer at any time.

 

Purchase and Payment

  1. Strikethrough price in Flash Sale is the original official price and non-strikethrough price is flash sale price. The strikethrough price is provided as a reference for customer to purchase. Strikethrough price may fluctuate according to the difference of region, time and market conditions, so it is only for your reference.
  2. Mystery box is a random product from the products sold in OPPO Store and with far lower than original official price. Once sold, no return or exchange available. Any return or exchange shall comply with the relevant law of Indonisia.
  3. Every flash sale product is sold at a discount in a specific time on a specific date (the “Promotion Period”). The remaining time of the promotional period will be displayed on the promotional page.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, each customer  may purchase only one item per flash sale promotion.
  5. Both Flash sale and Mystery box are in a limited quantity. If the flash sale is no longer available, customers can purchase the product at normal price on OPPO Store.
  6. If you cancel an order with a flash sale or mystery box item, promotional price no longer applies.
  7. OPPO Wednesday Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
  8. The Promotion offers cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
