1
00:00:01.301 --> 00:00:03.703
Exploration is a compulsory human trait.

2
00:00:05.672 --> 00:00:09.242
From the surface of the Earth, the ocean floor, to space.

3
00:00:11.190 --> 00:00:14.493
These days we've been turning our eyes to our closest planetary neighbor,

4
00:00:14.898 --> 00:00:15.465
Mars.

5
00:00:16.828 --> 00:00:20.587
Today, I'm taking the Oppo Find X3 Pro to the Mojave Desert on assignment.

6
00:00:21.360 --> 00:00:23.723
It's the closest experience you can have to being on Mars.

7
00:00:25.064 --> 00:00:28.534
Like Mars, it's dry, barren, and incredibly ornate.

8
00:00:29.748 --> 00:00:32.866
The carved canyons, long shadows, deep craters

9
00:00:32.866 --> 00:00:37.404
and rich iron oxide soil create a landscape that extends for as far as the eye can see

10
00:00:42.258 --> 00:00:46.579
When people see my images, my hope is that these photos will inspire curiosity.

11
00:00:49.291 --> 00:00:51.751
And to give them the feeling as if they were on Mars.

12
00:00:52.786 --> 00:00:56.189
The same feeling of curiosity and awe that I'm feeling here this very moment.
