Territory Sales In Charge

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop sales plan to achieve      monthly, Quarterly and yearly sales target of the assigned area.

  • Conduct regular market visits      to check competitors' activities and continuously search for new      opportunities to increase sales in the area.

  • Capable to maintain proper      business relationship with existing distributor/dealer/retailer and      dynamic in making new distributor/dealer/retailer to expand the market.

  • Always update management about      the season wise promotional activities, develop and implement those to      accommodate Sales Target.

  • Must submit daily/      weekly/monthly activities report to the top management.

  • Design perfect Retail channel      (Retailer/POS) as per market demand.

  • Effective planning &      implementation for Product Distribution and market development.

  • The role will balance sales      support, partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing      the sales funnel.

  • Work to meet and exceed set      sales quotas while adhering to sales rules of engagement

  • Work with marketing to drive      programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.

  • Manage a complex, enterprise      solution sale with partners; to include managing the RFP process.

  • Provide weekly reporting of      pipeline and forecast.

  • Keep abreast of competition,      competitive issues and products.

  • Attend and participate in sales      meetings, product seminars and trade shows.

  • Prepare written presentations,      reports, and price quotations.

  • Define and execute partner      sales plans

Educational Requirements

Minimum BBA / MBA / Master’s Degree (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University

Experience Requirements

·         4+ years proven experience in brand management

·         Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
